Clinicians are responsible for the direct and indirect services to behavioral health clients eligible for treatment in the Women & Children residential program. They are licensed by the State of Connecticut and credentialed by the agency to assess, diagnose, and treat clients upon approval of the Manager of Women & Children Program and Director of Residential Services. Direct services include assessments interviews, treatment planning, individual, family and group therapy. Indirect services may include supervision, rounds, case conferences, insurance authorizations and documentation associated with client care. Clinicians work with a multidisciplinary treatment team to help clients engaged in the Women & Children Program to achieve their recovery and parenting goals. This position required flexibility with schedule and may include evening or weekend hours.
