Under the direction of the FFA/ISFC Program Coordinator and the Director of Community Based Services, is responsible for conducting assessments, writing Master Treatment Plans/Service Plans, providing individual/family therapy and coordination of services for clients placed in Casa Pacifica Foster Family Agency. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of assigned clients as necessary and carries out the mission of Casa Pacifica as it relates to individualized behavioral interventions, Safety Plans and Plans of Care as needed at a child's home, school, or other community settings.
