Position Purpose: The Walk-in Clinician is considered a Mental Health Professional per the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse in the State of Pennsylvania. This position provides direct service and assessment to the serious and persistent mentally ill adults who have a co-occurring drug or alcohol diagnosis. Service provision consists of assessing the immediate needs of persons walking into the Center and providing immediate linkage to community service providers as deemed applicable.
