About The Position

The Clinical Trainer is responsible for delivering comprehensive training, education, and ongoing support to newly hired and current Medical Assistants, Clinical Office Assistants, and Licensed Practical Nurses. This role ensures all clinical staff demonstrate required competencies, adhere to established policies and procedures, and provide patient care consistent with CHCS standards. The Clinical Trainer evaluates performance, identifies skill gaps, and implements targeted training to promote high-quality, standardized clinical practices across all sites. This position requires regular travel to employees' home sites to conduct in-person training, coaching, and competency assessments; therefore candidates must be able and willing to travel as needed.
