The Role: In a Nutshell Reporting to the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating engaging training sessions for our new and tenured Care Coordinators, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional services to our patients. Fostering a positive, effective, and efficient training experience will ensure all of our employees are prepared to do their most effective work and serve as many patients as possible.
