About The Position

The Corporate Trainer supports the growth and success of Urology Clinics of North Texas (UCNT) by ensuring that new and existing employees receive comprehensive, consistent, and effective training. This role focuses on onboarding, skills development, and ongoing education to maintain high-quality patient care and operational excellence. The Trainer exercises independent judgment in identifying learning needs, developing solutions, and resolving challenges in employee training. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to travel to UCNT clinics across North Texas.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Certification: Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in active status. If certification is inactive at the time of hire, the individual will have 90 days to reinstate active certification as a condition of continued employment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare training, clinical operations, or medical office management preferred.
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems required.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to UCNT locations within the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and update UCNT employee training documentation and records.
  • Maintain confidential employee training files in compliance with UCNT policies.
  • Conduct new hire training, retraining, and site visits as needed.
  • Keep the UCNT Training Manual current, incorporating updates from Operations Management.
  • Assist with various administrative duties, including document production, copying, and scanning.
  • Manage office supply inventory, anticipating needs and verifying deliveries.
  • Support Operations Management by contributing to departmental initiatives and completing related duties as assigned.
  • Assist with the administration and documentation of Hepatitis B and TB injections; report any discrepancies to management.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations, clinical standards, and best practices through continuing education.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with staff, physicians, and administration.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment for all employees.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and practice software systems (EMR, PM, Scheduling, Patient intake and engagement software (i.e. Phreesia), and Reports).
  • Maintain a professional appearance and approachable demeanor at all times.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple training and operational activities.
  • Apply understanding of urology principles and clinical operations to develop relevant training content.
  • Demonstrate independent problem-solving skills to address training and workflow challenges.
  • Exhibit attention to detail when following instructions and maintaining documentation.
