About The Position

We're looking for a full-time Clinical Trainer to join our team! As a Clinical Trainer at Skin Pharm, you'll spearhead the onboarding and training of new providers, ensuring they are proficient in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and upholding the brand's standards of patient care. You will be key in implementing comprehensive training programs covering cosmetic procedures, skincare products, business acumen and social media strategies. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll coordinate training logistics, assess outcomes and continuously refine curricula to meet evolving needs. This position requires heavy travel to our existing and new clinic cities. You have extensive experience in cosmetic dermatology and a passion for education and travel. Your expertise in cosmetic procedures and skincare, coupled with your ability to train APPs with varying backgrounds and learning styles makes you an ideal Clinical Trainer. You have a keen eye for identifying talent and are committed to ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. With your proactive approach and strong communication skills, you'll lead our training initiatives with compassion, integrity and professionalism. This serves as a guide to responsibilities and is not considered fully comprehensive and is not limited to the above. Additional responsibilities may be required and flexibility is required as this position evolves.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience practicing in medical aesthetics. Training and/or teaching experience preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
  • Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC)
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
  • Current Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure
  • Certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in state practicing
