Conduct initial assessments, treatment planning, ongoing case management, discharge planning and aftercare development and will document treatment interventions and results in the medical record on a timely basis. Assist with appropriate and ongoing training of direct care staff working with assigned team(s) and participate in the multi-disciplinary case conference meetings Be responsive to patient, family, and referral source concerns; as well as, providing timely reports on treatment obstacles and progress

Requirements

Valid UT Clinical License - LCSW, CSW, LMFT, AMFT, CMHC, ACMHC
Strong background of cognitive behavioral therapy; preferably working with adolescents
Effective clinical intervention skills to engage the resident and develop effective and creative treatment plans
Solid understanding of educational, psychological, family and social systems as related to behavioral treatment

Responsibilities
