LISW/LPCC - $72,000 to $80,000 annually. Position Summary: This position provides direct care services to assigned clients with mental illness and adjustment difficulties and accesses services for clients. These services are provided through individual, group and family therapy, through the diagnostic assessment process or through individual community based rehabilitative services and/or group rehabilitative services including linkage and advocacy as necessary. Services are provided in accordance with governing laws, regulations and certification requirements and must be identified on the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).
