About The Position

Catholic Charities Washtenaw County is seeking a qualified therapist for the Behavioral Health Services and Substance Use Disorder Programs to meet the needs of our community. Full-time (37.5 hours/week) benefit-eligible position available for fully licensed LMSW, or Ph.D. psychologist providing individual, family/marital, substance abuse treatment, and group therapy in traditional outpatient clinic setting and intensive outpatient program. Consideration given to applicants with a Michigan Limited Licensed Master’s Social Worker or other equivalent licensure. Minimum two years of post-MSW professional experience in outpatient setting preferred, with ability to deliver effective short term, solution-focused treatment. In addition to flexible scheduling and a steady caseload, total compensation includes: Exceptional benefit plan with employer contribution, paid time off, and an additional 14 paid holidays per year, including the week between Christmas and New Years High quality LLMSW weekly supervision towards your LMSW valued at $60-$75 per hour is complementary. Total compensation includes comprehensive benefit plan with employer contribution, 401k retirement option, plus paid time off with paid holiday schedule that includes the week between Christmas and New Year’s.
