Compensation: New hires start between $87 930.70 and $117 240.93 based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range. The Clinical SUD Manager provides supervision to SUDPTs, SUDPs, SUD Peer Specialists, and SUD Clinical Supervisor to include review of assessment, diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, progress toward continuation of services, authorization of care, and the direct observation of delivery of clinical care. This position supervises employees and provides clinical supervision. The below requirements differentiate this position from the Clinical SUD Supervisor: 2 years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory positions 2 years of clinical supervisory experience
