About The Position
The Crisis Stabilization Therapist will provide short-term residential treatment to individuals experiencing a mental health or substance abuse disorder crisis on a part-time contingent basis. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and Ohio licensure (LSW/LPC).
- Must be able to work on an as needed basis including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Ohio licensure as an LISW/LPCC is preferred.
- Prior crisis experience with individuals with chronic mental illness, hospital crisis services, or inpatient psychiatric care is preferred. Must have strong assessment skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete diagnostic assessments, develop/coordinate treatment plans, and crisis management.
- Provide individual and group therapy.
- Maintain accurate records and provide advocacy and linkage to services when needed.
- Communicate with team members, local law enforcement, and hospitals.
Benefits
- LSW / LPC: $64,000 - $70,000 annually
- LISW / LPCC: $72,000 - $80,000 annually
