Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Home health and clinical experience
- Experience with home health clinical documentation, including OASIS and electronic medical record systems (Homecare Homebase, etc.)
- Interest in developing leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Reliable transportation and local travel
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a team of field clinicians
- Coordinating and overseeing patient care plans
- Coaching and developing nurses and clinical staff
- Ensuring quality care and compliance with clinical standards
- Partnering with leadership to support continued growth in the community
