Requirements
- Licensed Physician, Registered Nurse, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Therapist
- Home health and clinical experience
- Experience with home health clinical documentation, including OASIS and electronic medical record systems (Homecare Homebase, etc.)
- Interest in developing leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Reliable transportation and local travel
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations
- Lead and develop clinical and administrative teams
- Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
- Manage staffing, productivity, and branch performance
- Maintain compliance with Medicare and state regulations
- Monitor documentation, billing, and reimbursement processes
- Partner with leadership on growth and performance initiatives
