About The Position

Assistance Plus is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to join our growing Substance Use Treatment team! This is a part time position, working 20 hours per week, located at our Winslow office. The Clinical Team Lead – Substance Use Services is a licensed clinical professional with extensive experience in treating individuals with substance use disorders. This role may be filled by a physician, physician assistant, psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Certified Clinical Supervisor (LADC-CCS), or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). The Clinical Team Lead is responsible for coordinating care management activities across the OHH, ensuring that each member has a current Plan of Care or Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP), and providing appropriate supervision to the Recovery Coach. Additionally, this position ensures clinical quality, promotes integrated care, and supports adherence to regulatory and program standards. In addition to clinical leadership, the Clinical Team Lead is responsible for supervising Recovery Coaches and other designated staff to ensure adherence to program standards and evidence-based practices. This includes providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback, monitoring documentation for accuracy and compliance, and fostering a collaborative team environment that supports quality improvement and integrated care delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proof of vehicle insurance at $50/$100K and a valid Maine driver's license
  • Intermediate level computer experience
  • Prior experience in treating individuals with substance use disorders
  • Active license, including physicians, physician assistants, psychologists, LCSW, LCPC, LADC-CCS, or APRN
