Join our mission-driven team as a Clinical Systems Analyst and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients who need it most. Your Role & Impact The Clinical Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimizing third-party clinical applications that integrate with Epic, including Abridge, Doximity, Dragon, MiPacs, and others. This position ensures that clinicians have reliable, efficient, and user-friendly tools to support patient care. The Clinical Analyst serves as a liaison between clinical staff, vendors, and IT teams to support adoption, training, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in health information management, information systems, computer science, a clinical healthcare field or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of information systems experience in a healthcare and/or clinical operations setting.
  • Familiarity with Epic workflows and interoperability.
  • Experience successfully managing partnerships with vendors, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • May be required to travel to TrueCare locations therefore a valid California Driver’s License, proof of valid insurance and clean driving record required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to work independently and cross-functionally with clinical staff, informaticists, IT infrastructure, and vendors.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting clinical applications such as Abridge, Doximity, Dragon, or imaging systems (MiPacs) strongly preferred.
