The Clinical Manager - Weekend Support provides oversight for multiple remote facilities in the region and is responsible for the clinical and administrative operations of the organization during scheduled shifts. The Manager oversees Hosparus Health staff providing care and services on the weekend, including admissions, visit, and Customer Support staff. The Manager is responsible for coordinating and prioritizing activities and visits, and provides overall problem solving by working collaboratively with internal/external customers and consulting as needed with the administrator on call. Anticipates customer needs and responds quickly, accurately, and pleasantly. The Manager is responsible for ensuring high quality care to patients and families, referral sources and community partners. Assures cost effective and clinically effective care and assists with developing, implementing and evaluation current and new programs and services. Maintains knowledge and compliance with organizational policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards pertaining to hospice care. Assures utilization of performance improvement principles and practices. Interacts with Hosparus Health community leaders and clinical managers and with Hosparus Health support departments to achieve organizational goals.
