About The Position

Clinical Support Manager Mortenson Dental Partners JOB ID: 11506 Job Type: Full-Time Location: 10300 Linn Station Rd, Louisville, KY 40223 Provides support, analysis, and direction on clinical initiatives to improve patient care and the doctor experience with Mortenson Dental Partners (MDP). Ensures regional infrastructure and all systems and practices are consistent with MDP guidelines. Requirements

  • Master Degree, Doctor of Dental Surgery, Doctor of Dental Medicine
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in the dental industry.
  • Experience with dental clinical systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Suite or comparable Office Suite
  • Leadership experience in multi-unit or multi-practice businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Regional President with the doctor development plans, Top Docs program, and implementation of strategic initiatives such as AI, Implant training, etc.
  • Provides support to the Regional Presidents (RPs) in administering the Hire to Retire program.
  • Collaborates with the RPs to gather required data, schedules H2R meetings, and coordinates execution of identified CE and development needs.
  • Provides support for the Clinical Compliance initiative across all regions. Reviews findings from assessments, assists RPs with developing action plans, and monitors plans for follow-through and execution. Develops reporting to measure and track progress.
  • Serves as a clinical quality analyst for MDP. Performs clinical chart reviews on a representative sample of doctors across all regions and reviews findings and trends from Overjet assessments. Develops reporting to measure and track progress.
  • In collaboration with the Regional President, plans and develops an annual doctor CE plan.
  • Evaluates potential speakers, courses, and vendors for content and alignment with MDP standards.
  • Serves as a supplemental resource for business development and doctor recruiting, doctor onboarding, and as a clinical subject matter expert for revenue cycle, as needed
  • Provides assistance on other projects and initiatives as identified.
