At Canopy, employees are committed to fostering a healthy workplace culture built on trust and driven by a shared mission: helping children thrive and empowering families to overcome extraordinary challenges.  Position Overview:  In this role, students will provide support to the organization’s quality management system as they collaborate with varying levels of Canopy staff and key stakeholders to aid with quality monitoring, clinical best practices and subsequent continuous performance improvement activities.  This role will require interns to be technically skilled in locating and extracting data from various sources and be able to analyze and disseminate data in a clear manner that promotes action.  Students must possess excellent oral and written presentation skills, maturity, self-motivation, and be comfortable working with families with diverse needs.   This is a paid opportunity. 

Requirements

  • Students must actively be pursuing an advanced degree in psychology.
  • Must be enrolled, and in good academic standing, with an accredited academic institution at time of internship.
  • Business Professional or Clinical Attire.
  • Minimum 100-hour commitment unless stated otherwise in contract.
  • Students must satisfactorily complete goals as outlined by university affiliates or their assigned site supervisor.
