Clinical Support Analysts are involved in installing and developing hospital information systems. Their job is to perform system upgrades and provide system maintenance when required. Clinical Support Analysts must have advanced knowledge of hospital purchased software and supervise staff and maintain hospital information confidentiality. Clinical Support Analysts develop policies and create training tools for hospital information systems uses.
