About The Position

Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) - Middletown/virtual - Part time - Hourly rate $80.00 - 8 hours per week - The areas highest quality psychotherapy services - The Clinical Supervisor will supervise the Psychotherapy services which includes weekly supervision of LSW’s providing psychotherapy services, initial assessments and evaluations, and development of treatment plans. Senior Care Options by Parker: Senior Care Options by Parker provides customized Geriatric Care Management services as well as Behavioral Health services by licensed social workers to individuals in their homes and communities across Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties. Program participants of both programs benefit from services offered in their own environment by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs. Services will help support participants in maintaining independence in their own environment.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work and New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
Must have Supervision Course Certification.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to work cooperatively and productively with a diverse population, promoting a sense of teamwork and maintain composure under stress.
Flu vaccine required during flu season.
