Join our supervisory team at Children’s Village! Our pediatric clinical teams are comprised of a diverse group of dedicated professionals that incorporate many general and specialty lines of service. In your role as a supervisor Our clinical team enjoys the following aspects of working: Provide in-person services primarily in the home/community settings, but also in the outpatient clinic setting. As part of our Early Supports for Infants and Toddlers Program (ESIT) team there are educational opportunities to further skills in relationship-based practice. Work collaboratively as part of a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, early childhood educators, nurses, and behavioral therapists. Paid mileage reimbursement. Premiums may be available for bilingual candidates Children's Village is a neurodevelopmental center providing over 30 different specialty services to children with special healthcare needs. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $79,036.00 - $113,743.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
