Recently awarded among Arizona’s Most Admired Companies in 2023 Terros Health is looking for an Clinical Supervisor for our 27th Ave Health Centers in Mesa, AZ Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week Location: 3864 N 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85017 Maintains Arizona Arizona License: LCSW, LPC, LIAC, LMFT Registered as a Clinical Supervisor Dual Licensed with LIAC Preferred Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field Full Benefits, including 401K and Generous PTO/PST (4+ weeks) AZ Licensure Reimbursed When Renewed as a TH Employee (according to Policy) Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor will work to assist and ensure quality clinical supervision and oversight is provided to Terros clinical teams, including staff at the associate license level, non-licensed BHTs and BHPPs. This role is essential in providing direct clinical supervision of clinical staff, participate in program development and evaluation procedures, participate in assigned quality management activities, provide clinical support to assigned health and recovery centers. This position reports to the Manager of Clinical Development and Senior Director of Clinical Operations. This position is co-located at Terros Health Centers and Recovery Centers as assigned. This position requires travel to multiple locations.
