The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and developing his/her assigned clinical staff of Counseling Works. The primary role is to support the Clinical Leadership Team in managing staff and providing feedback, supervision and consultation to clinicians. This role combines clinical client hours, and supervisory administration hours.
