We seek an organized, clinically skilled, and empathetic leader who mentors staff, champions best practices, and advances client-centered recovery. You will provide clinical oversight and day-to-day operational leadership for the program by planning, organizing, staffing, and directing client care; facilitate clinical case staffing and team meetings; coordinate transitions of care and external partnerships; monitor service delivery, documentation, and quality indicators; and provide direct clinical services (intakes, individual, family, group) as program needs require. You will promote integration of clinical, community support, and physical healthcare services while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and supporting staff development through supervision, training, and performance coaching.
