Why You’ll Love This Role You get to lead with purpose and help your team do their best work. Every day feels different—you’ll troubleshoot, coach, collaborate, and celebrate wins. You’ll build strong partnerships across agencies, schools, and communities. You’ll grow professionally, learning from highly trained clinicians and statewide leaders. Your work truly matters—you help prevent displacement and promote stability for individuals and families.
