About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our clinical team of therapists and case managers. In this role, you will help shape a high-performing, strength-based, client-centered clinical program while ensuring all operations meet licensing, accreditation, and internal standards. Requirements

  • Master’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years in the behavioral health field.
  • Independent clinical licensure State of NH.
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
  • Understanding of accreditation/licensing standards and clinical best practices.
  • Strong leadership, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Background check, drug screening, and license verification required if applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCS) (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, mentor, and provide clinical supervision to therapists, case managers, and interns in alignment with state regulations.
  • Drive clinical excellence, program growth, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Maintain a limited caseload and support complex client situations, including crisis intervention and safety management.
  • Ensure all clinical programming aligns with evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation bodies.
  • Ensure timely completion of assessments, documentation, and family/individual sessions per level of care expectations.
  • Build, refine, and sustain the clinical group schedule.
  • Support Utilization Review through accurate and thorough concurrent review documentation.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and cross-department communication.
  • Hold clinicians accountable to documentation standards and productivity benchmarks (minimum 22 billable hours per week).
  • Remain available for peer review consultations and on-call rotation.
  • Promote a culture of client-centered, strength-based care across the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
