Job Description: Sign on bonus up to $5000 (pro-rated for part time) The Transitional Support Services (TSS) is a short-term residential treatment Program providing a 24 hour structured environment to support men in early recovery from substance use addiction. All clients are treated with dignity, respect and the belief that everyone has the ability to grow when they are provided support, education and direction. Individuals will work on developing skills of daily living including goal setting, problem solving and self-advocacy. We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to be part of our team and help clients on their roads to success. The ideal candidate is dynamic, compassionate, and motivated to help clients meet their goals and improve their lives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field required: clinical psychology, mental health, psychology, rehabilitative counseling, social work.
  • Independent licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LADC I).
  • Must be on track to obtain independent licensure prior to January 1, 2028.
  • Two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience and at least one-year full time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role required.
  • May be able to consider candidates without one year of supervisory experience if independently licensed.
  • Full time, 40 hours per week.
  • M-F

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and crisis consultation to case managers and recovery specialists
  • Ensure the use of evidence based practices
  • Ability to incorporate the use of Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorders
  • Support staff in responding to complex cases such as co-occurring disorders and trauma
  • Conduct assessments and provide individual and group services to residents
  • Participates in meetings with all stakeholders and community service providers
  • Review the group treatment curriculum and develops new groups in response to the needs of the client population
