About The Position

Join our team of dedicated staff in providing accessible mental health and wellbeing services for children, adolescents and families. As part of this innovative model of mental health care, you will collaborate closely with other service partners in ensuring coordinated, integrated care for clients and their families. As a Clinical Supervisor in Day Treatment, you will: Review referrals, facilitate admissions, and complete required screenings and diagnostic assessments. Provide group, family, and individual mental health therapy for children ages 6–12 and their families in a day treatment setting. Develop, update, and monitor integrated treatment plans. Engage parents/caregivers, including facilitating monthly education and support groups. Provide weekly group and individual clinical supervision to BA-level mental health practitioners. Lead development of clinical protocols and deliver clinical training to staff. And ensure compliance with MN DHS CTSS regulations and complete accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling is required, along with licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC).
  • A minimum of five years of clinical experience is required, with at least two years of clinical consultation, supervision, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Candidates must possess strong technical proficiency and the ability to develop competence in electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
  • A valid Minnesota driver’s license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and experience providing mental health services to underserved communities are strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse children and youth with SED/EBD, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, delivering services in group or milieu settings, and familiarity with Minnesota DHS CTSS regulations is preferred.
