Provide clinical leadership and oversight for residents served in Gulfstream Goodwill Industries' HUD-supported housing programs. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising clinical and case management staff, ensuring high-quality behavioral health and supportive services, developing and reviewing individualized continuum of care plans, supporting crisis intervention, promoting trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices, and coordinating with internal and external partners to enhance housing stability, resident wellness, and independent living outcomes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to case managers, social workers, interns, and other assigned staff to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to professional standards. Oversee assessment, service planning, and implementation of individualized plans of care for residents with mental health, behavioral health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Complete biopsychosocial assessments Review resident records, treatment documentation, and progress notes for accuracy, timeliness, clinical quality, and compliance with HUD, agency, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Support staff in conducting biopsychosocial assessments, risk assessments, safety planning, discharge planning, and referrals for psychiatric, medical, and community-based services. Respond to and support crises involving psychiatric instability, substance use relapse, behavioral escalation, self-harm risk, victimization, or other resident safety concerns. Promote trauma-informed care, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, person-centered planning, and other evidence-based practices that support engagement and housing retention. Monitor daily clinical operations within residential and supportive housing settings to ensure services are coordinated, responsive, and aligned with program goals and resident needs. Facilitate case consultations, staffing meetings, and interdisciplinary reviews to address barriers to housing stability, service engagement, medication adherence, and independent living skill development. Train, coach, and develop staff on behavioral health best practices, crisis intervention, de-escalation, documentation standards, boundaries, ethics, and culturally responsive care. Collaborate with landlords, property management, hospitals, detox and treatment providers, law enforcement, managed care partners, and community agencies to coordinate care and stabilize residents. Track clinical trends, high-risk cases, incidents, and service outcomes, and make recommendations for continuous quality improvement, program enhancement, and risk mitigation. Assist with audits, licensing, monitoring visits, corrective action plans, and reports required by funders and oversight entities. Maintain confidentiality and protect resident rights in accordance with HIPAA, HUD requirements, agency policy, and applicable federal and state laws. Support a safe, respectful, clean, and therapeutically supportive residential environment that fosters dignity, recovery, and self-sufficiency. Contribute to the mission of Goodwill by portraying a positive image of the organization and working within the limits of prescribed routines and established policies. May be required to complete home visits or carry a caseload to cover brief periods of staff absences. Participate in meetings, case conferences, task forces, trainings, and community collaborations to integrate services, address issues, and support program effectiveness. Assist with policy and procedure development, clinical workflows, and implementation of new practices that strengthen service delivery and compliance. Provide support during evenings, weekends, or emergencies as needed to meet operational and resident care needs. Perform other duties as assigned to support Housing Services and organizational objectives.
