Their programs span detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. The company is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for their Detox and Residential facility in South Bend, IN. Avenues at South Bend is a 54-bed residential facility providing drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. It features an unparalleled clinical program, skilled and dedicated staff including therapists, clinicians, nurses, group facilitators, and behavioral health technicians, all working to create a warm, accepting atmosphere for clients to heal and rediscover themselves. All services and amenities are under one roof.

Requirements

3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.
Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles

Responsibilities

Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
