About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states, offering evidence-based clinical curriculum and individualized care across detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. They are seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for their 100-bed Detox and Residential facility in Fort Wayne, IN. The facility provides an unparalleled clinical program with skilled and dedicated staff, including therapists, clinicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, group facilitators, and behavioral health technicians, all working to create a warm, accepting atmosphere for clients to heal and rediscover themselves.

Requirements

Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required
Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles

Nice To Haves

Master's degree or higher in related field
3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients

Responsibilities

Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
