About The Position

Clinical Supervisor vacancy in Rutland, MA Monday-Friday with on-call rotation. The salary range is $75,000 - $87,580 depending on education and experience. $3,000 Sign-on Bonus Devereux Massachusetts serves children and adolescents with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges. In the role of Clinical Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical and administrative guidance and supervision to clinicians and case managers who are working directly with youth diagnosed with mental health and behavioral challenges. In addition to being a member of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will also serve as a critical consultant to the Clinical and Center Leadership Team. We are looking for someone who is interested in being intensely trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Being a Clinical Supervisor at Devereux has its advantages! Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license required
  • A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in Psychology, Social Work, Education or related frield required, i deally with a specialization in counseling, behavior analysis, or direct treatment services.
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional, such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist required
  • Previous human services experience providing clinical services, including DBT services required
  • Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians and case managers.
  • Direct the delivery of clinical services in accordance with established standards and practice guidelines.
  • Serves as a consultant to the Clinical and Center Leadership teams.
  • Ensure clinically appropriate aftercare plans in collaboration with treatment team, client, family, agency representatives, and community resources.
  • Coordinate equitable distribution of case assignments and skillfully handle crisis intervention.
