The Clinical Supervisor provides direct supervision and clinical support to Clinical Care Managers and Team Leads within the RMHS’ Community Transitions Department to ensure the delivery of quality services to the participants in the Momentum, Transition Specialist and Forensic programs. In collaboration with the Recruiter and Community Transitions Program Managers, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training of Clinical Care Managers and Team Leads. Clinical Supervisors are responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and managing the performance of their direct reports. The Community Transitions program assists participants in transitioning from various behavioral health and forensic settings to successful community living. The goal is to ensure that comprehensive, coordinated, easily accessible, culturally informed, trauma informed, and integrated services are available for people in the community; and to minimize the risk of readmissions to hospitals, emergency departments, withdrawal management, Colorado Crisis Services and arrest; and to ensure an individual’s stability in the community.
