The paid training you need to learn, grow, and succeed! Essential Functions: Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Residential Rehabilitation staff, including Counselors, Case Aides, Housekeepers, and others. Oversee Curriculum delivery to clients and the scheduling of clinical services in the Residential Rehabilitation program. Meet reporting, productivity, and service deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, SUPR, and funding bodies. Collaborate with other LSSI programs/departments, including Central Intake and Development, as needed. Review both written and EHR documentation to ensure compliance with SUPR and Part 2060. Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics. Familiarity with Emergency Procedures. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, and other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.
