Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week The Clinical Coordinator, SUD provides clinical leadership within the SUD service line. This position manages the day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned program under the supervision of the Program Manager.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field with a LPC or LCSW, licensed in PA.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provides assessment and clinical management of the emotional/behavioral needs of clients via own clinical practice and supervision of clinicians in the assigned department.
  • Participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team, providing treatment services, crisis intervention, and ongoing care planning.
  • Leads the daily multidisciplinary team meeting to ensure the clinical, medical, case management and psychiatric needs of the individual are met.
  • Oversees charting and clinical documentation compliance and adherence to regulatory, funding, and accreditation standards.
  • Assists the program manager in program planning, implementation, and development of quality outcome metrics with collaboration from the Director of Operations.
  • Acts a liaison between SUD outpatient and community-based programs and other departments/services within the service line providing appropriate communication as needed.
  • Assists in responding to critical incidents within the assigned program.
  • Provides supervision and leadership for licensed and unlicensed staff and Masters’ level interns within the department.
  • Facilitates weekly group supervision and individual supervision at least monthly for all clinical staff, case management, and utilization review (UR) staff.
  • Ensures services provided are evidence-based and meet the needs of the individuals served within the assigned program.
  • Provides backup support for clinical operations, including assisting clinical staff, case management, and (UR) teams to ensure continuity of care and uninterrupted departmental workflow during staff absences or high‑volume periods.
