About The Position

As an RN Clinical Supervisor (Home Health), you will partner with the Clinical Director and Branch Director to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient-centered care. Time is split between the office and the field, providing clinical guidance to home care field staff and supporting patient care consisting of pediatrics and adults.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Nevada
• 2+ consecutive years as a working RN, including at least 1 year in home health
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• Pediatric experience
• 1+ year of Gtube experience (plus trachs and vents preferred)

Nice To Haves

• IV/infusion skills a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Take, review, and convert home care referrals
• Oversee all client care services
• Assess patients, develop plans of care, coordinate services, and manage discharge planning
• Complete client admissions and pre-admission visits
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Complete required paperwork for insurance reimbursement and clinical record documentation
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation
• Interview and hire clinical staff
• Evaluate and confer with clinical team members
