About The Position

Clinical Supervisor, Psychology - LP, LCSW, LCPC - up to $20,000 sign on bonus potential for qualified candidates! JOB SUMMARY: Supervision of students and shared oversight of the inpatient psychology training program. Clinical Supervisor may provide individual, family or group therapy to children and adolescents, along with psychological testing. Requirements

• PhD, Psy.D, MSW, or Master's in Psychology, Counseling or related field
• 2 years experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LCPC in the state of IL
• Prefer knowledge of general and psychiatric principles, working concepts and theory, age-specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, individual, group and family therapy.
• Able to work cooperatively with other site staff and involved community agencies.
• Good organization skills, as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Physical agility to manage patients with crisis prevention interventions.
• Push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Intermittent sitting, standing, walking, bending and stooping.
