Role & Responsibility Provides direct, daily clinical supervision of assigned clinical staff. Duties may also include providing direct services as we get this site up and running. Position ensures clinical excellence in service delivery, efficient workflows, and program performance monitoring in order to provide a positive patient/family and staff/provider experience and improved clinical outcomes. This MBH Clinical Supervisor position will be instrumental in starting our third Walk-in Clinic which will be located at 301 E. St. Joseph Street, Green Bay, WI 54301. Our new clinic is open and accepting patients! Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday 12PM – 6:30PM Sample Supervisor Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:30AM-8PM (also open to four 10-hour days); no weekends or holidays! This role will also be responsible for providing direct patient care while the clinical team is being hired and established.

Requirements

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW
  • Must complete Children’s credentialing process.
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field, plus 3000 hours billable status
  • A PhD in Psychology or social work may also be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years since licensure, 3 must be child-focused therapy
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based/informed care principles and approaches.
  • Ability to teach and coach staff on case conceptualization, treatment planning, crisis interventions, and professional documentation.
  • Provides service in a manner that demonstrates awareness and sensitivity to the client’s cultural values and beliefs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
  • Epic EHR experience preferred.
