The Clinical Supervisor/Team Leader is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of an interdisciplinary team delivering community-based, outpatient, and school-based behavioral health services. This team includes clinicians, therapeutic training and support staff, therapeutic mentors, and clinical interns. The Supervisor ensures high-quality clinical services, effective team functioning, and operational excellence across service settings. This position is responsible for hiring, orientation, clinical supervision, performance management, team facilitation, documentation oversight, utilization review, and crisis response. The Supervisor also provides 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis and may deliver direct clinical care as needed. In collaboration with the Program Director, the Supervisor helps ensure program quality, compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, and smooth day-to-day operations. This individual assumes leadership responsibility in the Program Director’s absence. This is a critical leadership role requiring strong clinical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a range of responsibilities in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
