About The Position

CHD’s growing In Home Therapy (IHT) and Therapeutic Mentoring program is seeking a Clinical Supervisor. This is a full time position based in West Springfield, serving children and families in Hampden County. Responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of Master’s and Bachelor’s level staff. Offering a $3,000 sign on bonus! Your role as an In-home Therapy, Clinical Supervisor you will: Play an integral role in the clinical and administrative supervision of Master’s and Bachelor’s level staff. Ensure program compliance with documentation and other clinically related licensing requirement. Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other clinicians, state agencies, DCF, schools, foster parents and other referral agencies. Provide annual evaluations of work performance, establishing employee goals and monitoring progress with other clinical supervisors and director, develop and coordinate in-service training to address common needs of the program staff and internsSupervise student interns as determined by director. Qualifications: Masters degree in related field required LCSW or Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) is required. Requirements
