About The Position

An established outpatient behavioral health organization in Gloversville, NY is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to lead and support a team of clinicians.

This leadership role offers structured scheduling, strong administrative support, and a collaborative clinical environment grounded in trauma-informed, client-centered care.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted New York LCSW license required
• Must have prior experience supervising licensed clinicians
• Minimum 5 years post-licensure clinical experience required
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/clinical leadership experience required
• Must have experience supervising clinical staff (up to 10–12 team members)
• Must be able to work onsite Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working within EHR systems

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to behavioral health staff
• Support complex case consultation and clinical decision-making
• Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards
• Promote ethical practice and confidentiality standards
• Foster professional growth through reflective supervision
• Partner with leadership on quality improvement initiatives
