Contribute to the Hospital’s mission to care, to heal, and to excel in service to our community by being responsible and accountable for the operational decision making for hospital operations during off-shifts. Develops and promotes collaborative and collegial relationships with physicians and interdepartmental personnel in order to enhance hospital operations and liaisons between management and the off-shift staff. This professional licensed staff position meets the highest level of professionalism consistent with a Magnet hospital.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- At least three years of work experience as a RN
