Eliot is seeking a dedicated Clinician to provide clinical supervision, clinical support to children and families, and to be a part of Centerboard’s dynamic, community based Family Resource Center (FRC) in Lynn. This vibrant program is one of a statewide network of community-based programs offering multi-cultural parenting programs, support groups, early childhood services information and referral resources. Our goal is to support families to strengthen their bonds, connect to others, and engage in their community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, engagement and clinical skills with knowledge of the vast array of community resources. An ability to develop and collaborate with the school and court systems and other community resources is crucial. Bilingual communication skills preferred.
Requirements
- Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
- Licensure from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LCSW, LMHC)

Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with schools and courts to support integration of FRC services
- Supervise the Family Partner and School Liaison, ensuring coordinated service delivery
- Conduct trauma-informed intakes, screenings, and complete assessments
- Oversee development of Family Support Plans and provide ongoing case management and clinical support
- Facilitate parenting and community group sessions, prioritizing families with CRA-related concerns
