Program Description: The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic approach to recovery, offering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while actively involving their families in the healing process. Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral well-being. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds, fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience. Position Title and Overview: Clinical Supervisor – D&A Provide daily clinical supervision for D&A counselors, ensuring a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented culture aligned with ASAM criteria. Support building operations as needed, including front desk coverage and daily workflow support. Monitor documentation, billing, and service delivery for compliance with DDAP, Medicaid, and ASAM standards to maintain audit readiness. Oversee treatment planning, assessments, and progress reviews to ensure quality, individualized care that meets state regulations. Collaborate with leadership to enhance programming, implement evidence-based practices, and drive continuous improvement. Mentor and coach clinical staff to strengthen skills in addiction treatment, motivational interviewing, and client engagement. Location and Travel Requirements: This position is primarily located in Mt. Oliver. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled. The travel required for this position is regular. Requirements

  • Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field is required. Must possess or be eligilbe for licensure in Pennsylvania (e.g., LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or be working toward licensure as required by the position.
  • Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
  • Requires working varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays.
