About The Position

The pay for this position starts at $75,000/year, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $87,580/year. This position is located in Rutland, MA. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm, with on-call rotation. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus. Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder.As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provideclinical and administrative supervision to clinicians and case managers for our DBT programs. You will direct the delivery of clinical services in accordance with established standards and practice guidelines. You'll servs as a consultant to the Clinical and Center Leadership teams and provide direct clinical and/or case management services as necessary. Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required .
  • A Master's Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in Psychology, Social Work, Education or related required (Ideally with a specialization in counseling, behavior analysis, or direct treatment services required)
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional, such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist required.
  • Previous human services experience providing clinical services, including DBT services required.
  • Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians and case managers.
  • Direct the delivery of clinical services in accordance with established standards and practice guidelines.
  • Serves as a consultant to the Clinical and Center Leadership teams.
  • Ensures clinically appropriate aftercare plans in collaboration with treatment team, client, family, agency representatives, and community resources.
  • Coordinates equitable distribution of case assignments and skillfully handles crisis intervention
