Provide daily clinical supervision for D&A counselors, ensuring a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented culture aligned with ASAM criteria. Support building operations as needed, including front desk coverage and daily workflow support. Monitor documentation, billing, and service delivery for compliance with DDAP, Medicaid, and ASAM standards to maintain audit readiness. Oversee treatment planning, assessments, and progress reviews to ensure quality, individualized care that meets state regulations. Collaborate with leadership to enhance programming, implement evidence-based practices, and drive continuous improvement. Mentor and coach clinical staff to strengthen skills in addiction treatment, motivational interviewing, and client engagement.
