About The Position

The Clinical Supervisor provides direct oversight of the daily operations of the outpatient behavioral health team, clinical education, quality management, performance improvement, and all activities related to the treatment programs and daily management of outpatient clinical product. The Clinical Supervisor will perform duties of the therapists/outpatient staff as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field Required
• 3 years of experience in a Behavioral Healthcare/Clinical Treatment setting Required
• 1 year in a supervisory role evaluating staff performance and implementing program initiatives Required
• Must hold and maintain current licensure as a mental health professional, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), in the State of Georgia Required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in behavioral healthcare treatment and managing clinical staff Preferred
