About The Position

Northside Hospital is an award-winning, state-of-the-art, and continually growing healthcare provider. The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team, responsible for providing supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. This role may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility in the absence of the Manager or Director and works with a unit-specific patient population.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units

Nice To Haves

• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.)
• Other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
