About The Position

Coordinates daily staffing operations for Float Pool associates in support of Ascension’s Float Pool Program to ensure efficient and effective coverage.
Manages schedule reviews and updates, oversees absences, and fulfills staffing requests to maintain optimal unit coverage.
Facilitates communication between associates and unit managers to align staffing with skills, availability, and facility needs.
Maintains accurate scheduling data within staffing systems while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and staffing guidelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
